This fee is for those who will take the workshop 'Anatomy of Dance only'

The goal of this class is to bring awareness of how the breath travels throughout the whole body bringing smooth transitions of movement to the body as a whole. In this class, you will learn how to protect and project your bones and muscles with alignments in space to understand how the breath and moving the bones and muscles in the right direction can bring you to a healthy lifestyle. This class is for anyone interested in some or all of the following: a) Correctly moving bones and muscles anatomically to prevent potential injuries. b) Enhance posture and movement in daily life in addition to dance. c) Learn better transitions from one movement to another in dance.
