In Corinthians 12:15-26 Paul compares the church to our physical body.…so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
Based on the above passage and body anatomy Min. Sky developed Anatomy of Dance.
The goal of this class is to bring awareness of how the breath travels throughout the whole body bringing smooth transitions of movement to the body as a whole.
In this class, you will learn how to protect and project your bones and muscles with alignments in space to understand how the breath and moving the bones and muscles in the right direction can bring you to a healthy lifestyle.
This workshop is for anyone interested in some or all of the following:
a) Correctly moving bones and muscles anatomically to prevent potential injuries.
b) Enhance posture and movement in daily life in addition to dance.
c) Learn better transitions from one movement to another in dance.
